Creative Outlet for Burnout
Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed at work? Is it hard to get up in the morning and find the motivation to get to work? Are you feeling overworked and underappreciated? Then this program may be for you! This program can help you make yourself a priority, identify ways to cope, and reduce stress and anxiety related to work.
The program consists of :
1:1 weekly meetings online once a week for 8 weeks, as to offer individualized attention and guidance to help understand and release stress through art making.
Specially tailored art directives related to stress management topics
One check in via text once a week, to explore tools outside of session and for additional guidance.
Although the facilitators are art therapists and trained mental health professionals, this service is not a replacement for therapy and is not therapy. When joining these sessions, you acknowledge that your mental well-being is your responsibility.

Stress Coaching
A support session for individuals who have already completed the “Creative Outlet for Burnout Program”. In this follow up session, participants will check in on their stress levels, engage in art making, and create an individualized plan to continue to manage stress and prevent burnout.
The session will consist of:
Scheduled meeting time to engage in discussion and make art
Check-In on current stress levels
Discussion of currently available social supports and coping strategies
Creating art with the goal of creating an individualized stress management plan
These sessions will be facilitated by an art facilitator and can be either 1 hour or 90 minutes. The Stress Coaching session cost is $90 for a 60 minute meeting and $135 for a 90 minute meeting.
